By accessing and using Mones Fiori's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Mones Fiori offers:

• Fresh flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
• Garden design and maintenance services
• Wedding and event floral services
• Delivery services within our service area

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed during business hours (Monday-Saturday 8:00-19:00, Sunday 9:00-12:30)
• Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 2:00 PM
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Delivery:

• Delivery is available within Somma Lombardo and surrounding areas
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone must be available to receive perishable items
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Fresh flowers and perishable items cannot be returned
• Claims for damaged or unsatisfactory products must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days in original condition
• Custom arrangements and special orders are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

We provide care instructions for all plants and flowers. Mones Fiori is not responsible for:

• Damage due to improper care or handling
• Natural variations in color, size, or appearance
• Allergic reactions to plants or flowers
• Damage caused by environmental factors beyond our control

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mones Fiori and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

Mones Fiori shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varese, Italy.
